A Gold Country Escape
Surrounded by majestic trees in the heart of Gold Country, our Plymouth winery invites you to kick back and relax. Enjoy the comfort of our shaded patio and lawn with a picnic and a favorite bottle, or let us guide you through our current releases, including our local Zinfandels and Barbera. Go behind the scenes with a winery tour, complete with a wine and cheese pairing. Live Music Fridays and monthly Wine Wednesday classes keep something new on the calendar throughout the year.

Hosted Tastings
One of our hosts will guide you through a flight of Rombauer wines at the tasting bar or out on the patio, including the Barbera and Zinfandel we source here in the foothills… Each pour comes with the story of where and how it was made, so you leave knowing our wines as well as our hosts do.

Settle in on the lawn or under the trees and enjoy our wines the way you want them, by the glass or by the bottle. Pack a picnic, spread out, and take your time… No host, no schedule, just the grounds and a bottle of your favorite wine.

Production Tour with a Wine and Cheese Pairing
Join us for an educational and fun tour throughout our Plymouth winery followed by a seated Wine and Cheese Pairing. You will be welcomed in our tasting room with our first wine before we kick off the tour in our display vineyard, learning about how we grow our grapes. Your host will then walk you through where the magic happens (the winery) and impressive barrel rooms as you learn about the winemaking and aging process. Following the tour, you will return to a seated wine and cheese pairing where four of our most popular Rombauer wines are paired with carefully curated cheese bites.
