WEATHER HOLDS
As the integrity of your wine is important to us, there are times of the year when extreme weather (hot or cold) prevents us from shipping wine.
Below are the states and shipping methods currently on weather hold. Thank you for your understanding.
Current Weather Holds for the Week of 1/13/2025
ND, MN, MO, WI, SD, ME, IN, OH, IN, OH, WV, PA, VT
If your state is on a weather hold, you may either 1) Select Ground Shipping, and we will ship your wine as soon as the weather allows (this may delay your shipment for up to two months) or 2) Select 2-Day Air or Priority Overnight Shipping
Shipping Policies:
Rombauer Vineyards will send you an email notifying you when your shipment is released. We are not responsible for damaged wine resulting from overriding a weather hold.
All orders ship Monday through Friday Except for major Holidays
- Orders placed before 4:00 pm PT will ship the following business day
- Ground shipping can take up to 10 business days to deliver
- 2-Day Air shipping will take 2-4 days to arrive (orders placed on Wednesday after 4:00 pm, Thursday, or Friday will not ship until Monday the following week)
- Ground orders of 6 bottles or more ship for $0.01*
- All orders (including priority) are subject to cold or hot weather holds
- All orders must be signed for by someone 21 yrs. of age or older. Business addresses are recommended
- We are unable to ship to a Postal Service box

Due to state regulations, please note that we cannot legally ship wine to the following states:
- Alaska (AK)
- Arkansas (AR)
- Delaware (DE)**

- Louisiana (LA)
- Mississippi (MS)
- New Jersey (NJ)
- Rhode Island (RI)**
- Utah (UT)
- West Virginia (WV)
- Wyoming (WY)
Although we cannot ship directly to these states, you are welcome to place an order for pick up and have a third-party shipper pick up and ship the wine to you (All American Mail Center, Buffalo Shipping Post, etc).
EXCLUSIONS
*HI is exempt from the .01 cent shipping on 6 bottles or more offer.
**Onsite purchase only (excludes club)
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We are pleased to announce we are now shipping internationally to certain countries. If you wish to place an international order, please call or email us for additional details on how to process your order.

Australia, Austria, Belgium, *Canada, China, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Macau, Monaco, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Singapore, *South Korea, Switzerland, Taiwan, Turks & Caicos, US Virgin Islands, and the United Kingdom.
*These countries require that the customer pay the duties and taxes personally.
