Ingredients

Easy Chardonnay Vinaigrette

  • 2 tablespoons Rombauer Chardonnay 4 tablespoons Rombauer Chardonnay

Instructions

  1. Prep Tip For The Salad: Slice the snap peas and radishes, and prepare the vinaigrette up to a day in advance. Store everything separately in the refrigerator.

  2. Prep Tip For The Dressing: Add everything to a small jar, seal, and shake until smooth and lightly emulsified.

  3. Toss: When you’re ready to gather, give the vinaigrette another quick shake, toss everything together, and finish with almonds, if using.
