Add everything except the herbs to a blender or food processor and blend until completely smooth, scraping down the sides as needed.

Add the fresh herbs and pulse until just combined — you want it green and vibrant, not fully pureed.
3Step 3
Taste and adjust with more lemon, salt, or miso to your liking.

Keeps in the fridge for up to 5 days. If it separates, just give it a gentle stir.
