Begin by putting a large stockpot on the stove with water that’s just slightly salty to taste and bring to a boil.

In a bowl combine all ingredients by hand until a smooth dough has been formed Roll out the dough into thin 1 1/2-inch strips and cut to desired size and length.

In small batches, boil the gnocchi until set in the middle and tender Usually around 1 minute or until the pasta floats to the top.

Preheat your skillet with a light amount of oil, sear gnocchi for thirty seconds on one side, flip and repeat.

Once searing both sides of the gnocchi is complete, take two tablespoons of butter and let melt down in the pan Once browned take off the heat Garnish with thyme and warmed cranberry sauce to finish.
