Ingredients

  • 8 ounces of cream cheese, softened
  • 1/3 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/3 cup sour cream (light or regular)
  • 1 1/3 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese (we like a combination of white and orange for a pop of color)
  • 1/3 cup onion, minced
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 lemon, juiced
  • 12 ounces lump crab meat
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Preheat the oven to 325F.

In a medium bowl, combine cream cheese, mayonnaise, and sour cream and stir to combine. Add in onion, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, and most of the shredded cheese and stir again.

Transfer to a small oven-safe dish. Top with the remaining shredded cheese.

Bake for 25 minutes or until bubbling.

Serve with crackers or a sliced baguette and optional Tabasco sauce on the side.
