What is the fee to join your club?
There is no initial membership fee. However, we do require a minimum commitment of two shipments. A $50 administrative fee will be charged for early cancellations.
When do wine club benefits begin?
Membership benefits are effective after the first club order is received. Members who join a club during the month that it is processing will receive that shipment, unless requested otherwise.
Do you charge sales tax?
All wine club shipments and other purchases are subject to sales tax if applicable.
Do I need to sign up for a club online?
Yes but if you prefer, you can sign up for our wine clubs by calling (866) 280-2582 or by printing and mailing our paper application, attn: wine club.
Why do you need an email address for my wine club membership?
The majority of our communication with wine club members is via email, thus it is important to keep a current email address on file.
What address should I use for shipping?
All wine club shipments and online purchases require an adult signature of someone 21 years or older at time of delivery. We recommend shipments be sent to a business address, or a local FedEx/ UPS store for pick-up.
How do I update billing, contact or shipping information for wine club?
You can update your information by logging into your account on our website. Once logged in, click on “Manage Club Subscription,” select the club you wish to edit, and then make your necessary changes. Please remember to save your updated information.

How will I know when my wine club shipment has been sent?
Club members will be notified by email before their shipment leaves our warehouse.
What if I am not available to sign for my shipment?
The carrier will make three attempts to deliver your package. Members are responsible for any charges incurred for redirected or returned shipments.
What if I realize my shipping address has not been updated and my wine has shipped?
Contact us immediately at 866.280.2582 or email@example.com. If it is early enough, our staff can contact the carrier to intercept and re-route your shipment. Members are responsible for any charges incurred for redirected or returned shipments.
Can I receive wine club shipments in my state?
Currently, we cannot send wine club shipments to the following states: Arkansas (AR), Delaware (DE), Indiana (IN), Kentucky (KY), Louisiana (LA), Mississippi (MS), New Jersey (NJ), Ohio (OH), Rhode Island (RI), Utah (UT), and West Virginia (WV).
I am a will call wine club member. When can I pick up my shipments?
Will call members will be notified by email when shipments are ready to be picked up at the winery. Due to limited storage, shipments must be picked up within 30 days of notification or the wines will be shipped at the member’s expense.
How do I join an additional wine club or change the club that I am in?
You can add a club or change your club by logging into your account on our website, calling 866.280.2582 (CLUB) or emailing firstname.lastname@example.org.
What is your wine club cancellation policy?
After two shipments, you may cancel without penalty. Otherwise a $50 administration fee will be charged for early cancellations.
