1Blend the ingredients
In a food processor, combine feta, yogurt, garlic, olive oil, and lemon juice. Pulse until smooth and creamy, scraping sides halfway.
2Season
Taste, add pepper (and more lemon or salt if needed).
3Chill and serve
Spoon into a bowl, cover, and chill for at least 30 minutes. Before serving, drizzle with olive oil and garnish with fresh herbs or crushed pistachios. Serve with toasted bread, crackers, or crisp veggies.
