- In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, onion, jalapeño, honey, spices, salt, and breadcrumbs. Using well-oiled hands, form the mixture into 4 patties with a slight indent in the center.

- Heat a nonstick skillet over medium heat. Add a drizzle of oil and cook for 5 minutes on each side or until no longer pink in the center.

- For the avocado crema, add all ingredients to the container of a blender or food processor. Blend until smooth, scraping down the sides as you go. Taste for salt and adjust as needed.
4Step 4
- To serve, spread a dollop of crema on each bun, top with a chicken burger, corn salsa, and fresh cilantro.
