Shipping Process:
- Your gift message will be included on a Rombauer note card.
- Packages will contain a packing slip in the box that does not include pricing.
- Most ground orders arrive within 2-7 days from the requested shipping date.
- Carrier delays are common during high volume times, so we recommend earlier shipping prior to holidays.
- Please notify your recipient that a package is on the way.
- Any phone number on the order will receive a text message once the order is processed through tracking alerts. If you do not wish for them to receive a notification, please notify our team.
- Someone 21 years or older is required by law to sign for the delivery. Three delivery attempts will be made before packages are returned.
