Sauvignon
Blanc
Serve at: 45° – 50° F
Serve straight from the fridge — no waiting needed. Sauvignon Blanc is at its brightest when fully chilled, with its citrus and herbal notes singing right out of the bottle.
Store at: 45° – 50° F · Enjoy within 1–2 years
Store on its side in a cool, dark place. Sauvignon Blanc is best enjoyed young and fresh — drink within 1–2 years of the vintage date to enjoy it at its liveliest.
Chardonnay
Serve at: 50° – 55° F
Pull from the fridge a few minutes before serving. Slightly warmer than fully chilled allows its complex aromas of stone fruit and vanilla to really shine.
Store at: 57° – 62° F · Develops up to 5 years
Store on its side in a cool, dark place. Delicious upon release and will continue to develop beautifully for up to 5 years from the vintage date.
Pinot
Noir
Serve at: 55° – 60° F
Slip it into the fridge for about 20 minutes before opening. Serving slightly cool keeps the fruit vibrant and the silky texture at its most expressive.
Store at: 57° – 62° F · Develops up to 5 years
Store on its side in a cool, dark space. Pinot Noir evolves beautifully with a little time — expect complexity and elegance to develop for up to 5 years from the vintage date.
Zinfandel
Serve at: 60° – 65° F
In warmer weather, give it a quick 15-minute chill before pouring. This keeps bold fruit and spice in perfect balance without muting the wine’s character.
Store at: 57° – 62° F · Develops up to 7 years
Store on its side in a cool, dark place. Approachable now and will drink beautifully for up to 7 years from the vintage date, developing deeper, more complex notes over time.
