Ingredients

For the cake:

1 cup flour

1/2 cup milk

1/2 cup sugar

1 teaspoon baking powder

1 Tablespoon oil

1 egg

1/2 teaspoon salt

For the topping:

1/3 cup flour

1/2 cup sugar

3 Tablespoons butter

2 cups cranberries, ground in the food processor.

Beat together the cake ingredients. Pour into a lightly greased 8×8 pan.

2Step 2

Put ground cranberries on the top of the cake mixture.

3Step 3

Make crumble topping with flour, sugar, and butter. Add on top of the cranberries.

4Step 4

Bake at 375 for around 30 minutes, or until the topping is lightly browned.
