Thomas O’Quinn

With a diverse background in wine sales and hospitality and the ability to forge strong relationships with guests, Thomas focuses on creating memorable experiences by keeping wine fun and exciting. Thomas’ background includes roles as both a chef and a server, and he’s worked in such fine restaurants as The Four Seasons Resort Aviara, The Ritz Carlton at Rose Hall in Jamaica, and Goose & Gander and Tra Vigne in St. Helena. On days off, he enjoys spending time with his family at the coast, and he says there’s no better wine and food pairing than Rombauer Chardonnay and fresh local crab.
