Weather Holds Shipping Notice:
All orders are subject to weather hold.
Due to the perishable nature of wine, we will be shipping with the following policy.
| Shipping update 5/21/13, NOTE: ALL Ground Shipments to TEXAS & FLORIDA will be held for later release of shipping. Please contact Veronica at veronicam@rombauer.com to upgrade your shipment. |
• Shipping on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesdays and limited on Thursday.
• All orders placed before 12pm will ship within 24 hours, orders placed on Thursday will be shipped the following Monday.
• Overnight packages will ship on Thursdays if temperature permits.
Rombauer Vineyards will release orders when temperatures reduce and customers will receive email notification when shipments are released. If you would like your order released immediately, email Veronica McCaffrey or call 707.963.6658 and it will be arranged. Please be advised that Rombauer Vineyards will not replace any damaged wine as a result of overriding the weather hold.
Not all orders are shipped the same day they are placed.

Rombauer Vineyards reserves the right to hold wine orders placed during summer months until weather permits.
You must be 21 years of age to order wine.
Shipping Address – It is very important that there will be an adult (21 years or older) at the shipping address you provided to sign for the shipment as required by law. No shipments will be left without that signature so please consider shipping to a business address to minimize the possibility of missing the shipment.
Customers are responsible for additional shipping costs on missed deliveries. Also, we cannot ship to a US Postal Service Box.
All wines are sold in California and title passes to the buyer in California. We make no representation to the legal rights of anyone to ship or import wines into any state outside of California. The buyer is solely responsible for shipment of wines. By placing an order, you authorize us to act on your behalf to engage a common carrier to deliver your order to you. An adult (21 years or older) must be available to sign for wine during normal business hours. Prices and availability subject to change.
